These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Forge Buddy mobile application and related services ("the App"), provided by Kim Ward, the sole trader ("we," "us," or "our").

1.1. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, you must contact our customer support at [email protected] within [X] days of your purchase. We will review your request and, if approved, process your refund within 30 days.
3. User Data and Privacy
3.1. We may collect and store your email address and license key upon purchase for the purpose of providing you with the App's functionality. We will never store your Forge API key.

4.1. You may choose to opt in or out of our newsletter at any time. Your email address will be used exclusively for sending you relevant updates and information. We respect your preferences and will promptly process any opt-out requests.
5. Third-Party Services
5.1. The App utilizes services provided by Digital Ocean, Sentry, Postmark, and Stripe for payments. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies, and we are not responsible for any actions or issues arising from their use.
